Residential Development King Henry’s Walk

The works in this project comprised of the:

• demolition of the existing school and the complete design
• construction
• completion
• and commissioning of all the work to form a three-storey block of flats constructed over the new School complete with services,
• comprising 6 x 3-bedroom units
• 10 x 2-bedroom units
• and 8 x 1-bedroom units

The works also included:

• Construction of a Primary School and Reception Class
• Infrastructure works and connections to mains drainage
• Above and below ground drainage
• External works and associated external services
