From New to Historic

Sawyer Fisher (Epsom) was established in 1959 and provides professional services on all aspects of building work, both in the private and public sector under the direction of the Directors.

Our role is to work with other members of the design team, to provide sound advice on contract procurement and construction costs and maintain financial control from project inception to building completion. This includes developing feasibility studies and preparing applications for funding or grant aid.

Due to our successful financial management of projects, we have developed a close working relationship with a number of clients resulting in repeat business. We are proud to name the Royal Household, The National Trust and the London Diocesan Board for Schools amongst many of our longstanding clients.

In April 2022, Sawyer Fisher (Epsom) combined forces with Synergy Construction and Property Consultants LLP. This exciting union strengthens our considerable experience in a number of specialist fields whilst maintaining a bespoke and personal client service.
