Listed buildings and contemporary design projects

Stonewall Park

Phase l

The repair and conversion of existing farm outbuildings into new gardener’s area
and the construction of a new tractor shed
new mechanical and electrical installations
and repairs to the existing garden walls

Rectory Park

The works in this contract comprised the repair and refurbishment of the historic house and The West Tudor Wing. It included:

Little Boltons

This project consisted of the construction of a new underground family room measuring approximately 20 x 10 metres underneath the back garden and conservatory. The project also involved:

the demolition and rebuilding of the conservatory above
the re-firming of the garden over the new underground room

Also included in the project were:

internal alterations to the lower ground floor level
including a new kitchen fit-out.

Holland Villas

This project consisted of extensive alterations and repairs to a large four-storey residence. The works also included:

Glynde Place

Works comprised of

external repairs and re-roofing
internal repairs
alterations to provide new living accommodation within the existing country manor house at Glynde,
together with the renewal of the mechanical and electrical installations including associated external works and drainage.

Provender

Works for repair and alterations were carried out to the Drawing Room Range of Provender House with the assistance of English Heritage.

Althorp

For all the projects that Sawyer Fisher has been involved with at Althorp, a full service has been provided. The external repairs and re-roofing project was recently completed over five phases to suit the use of the house and estate’s day-to-day running.
