We have been involved in a number of school redevelopment projects and also have extensive experience with new build education projects.

Our expertise within this field ensures that we are able to provide our clients with the best possible assistance in completing what are always very important and necessary projects.

From new build to refurbishment projects

The Brit School

The project consisted of the construction of a new two storey music and drama block including a link to the existing building and associated drainage and external works.

Westminster School

Westminster School buildings are all Grade l listed buildings of architectural importance. They also form part of the World Heritage site around Westminster Abbey.

St Jude & St Paul’s

The works in this project comprised the demolition of the existing school and the complete design, construction, completion and commissioning of all the work to form the following:

Haberdashers’ Aske’s

Following on from budgets produced by Sawyer Fisher, tender documents are now being prepared for the forthcoming planned restoration of the historic terracotta boundary walls of the School.

Christ the Saviour School

Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent services were provided for this design and build project.

St Luke’s Poplar

The project carried out in sections, comprised of:

the relocation of temporary classroom
alterations to provide an early years area
construction of a new four-storey, eight classroom block
internal alterations and
repairs to the existing building

St John & St James

The works to this contract included:

the demolition of the existing toilet block,
selected demolition of the existing building for link to new build and
the construction a new two-storey teaching block with small hall.

Christ Church Spitalfields

The project consisted of the construction of a new two storey infill extension with:

ground floor classroom and
first floor kitchen

Christ Church Hampstead

The contract consisted of:

the internal alterations to form a new mezzanine classroom in the South Wing
improvements to Reception Classroom, Hall and Reception area
general refurbishment to the remainder of the School

St Thomas CofE School

The project consisted of the construction of a new primary school providing:

increased classroom space and
landscaped external areas

St Marylebone School

The secondary school had no gymnasium and limited drama and music facilities. The only practical option due to limited playground area was to form a below ground hall and reinstate the playground.

Holy Trinity Church of England Primary School

The works in this project consisted of

the set-up of a temporary school off site and
the construction of a new two-form entry school
funded by a 100 unit flats development over,
complete with 5m high open-air play deck below the flats and above the School, separating the flats from the School.

Danes Hill School

The first phase of works consisted of:

the construction of a new drop off/pick up point and
car parking facilities
