From prestige houses to multi storey flat developments

Handcross

The works in this project consisted of:

the demolition of the existing buildings and hard standings
and the construction of seven residential houses
comprising 3 x four bedroom terraced houses
and 4 x four bedroom semi-detached houses with associated parking
landscaping works and drainage

Residential Development King Henry’s Walk

The works in this project comprised of the:

demolition of the existing school and the complete design
construction
completion
and commissioning of all the work to form a three-storey block of flats constructed over the new School complete with services,
comprising 6 x 3-bedroom units
10 x 2-bedroom units
and 8 x 1-bedroom units

Angel Waterside

The project consisted of the construction of:

64 private apartments
and 21 affordable homes
including three penthouse apartments

Kings Hill

Quantity Surveying services were provided on this project which consisted of:

the construction of 24 houses
3 duplex apartments
6 apartments
highway construction
new drainage
and landscaping works

St Thomas Housing Development

The project consisted of the construction of sixty-nine apartments which helped to fund the building of the new St Thomas School.

VIBE Apartments

This project consisted

the construction of 100 unit flats development over a new two form entry primary School in Dalston, complete with 5m high open-air play deck below the flats and above the School, separating the flats from the School.
