Holy Trinity Church of England Primary School

The works in this project consisted of

• the set-up of a temporary school off site and
• the construction of a new two-form entry school
• funded by a 100 unit flats development over,
• complete with 5m high open-air play deck below the flats and above the School, separating the flats from the School.

Sawyer Fisher was appointed as monitoring surveyors for the development as a whole, and Employer’s Agent and QS for the temporary school and new school
