Little Boltons

This project consisted of the construction of a new underground family room measuring approximately 20 x 10 metres underneath the back garden and conservatory.

The project also involved:

• the demolition and rebuilding of the conservatory above
• the re-firming of the garden over the new underground room

Also included in the project were:

• internal alterations to the lower ground floor level
• including a new kitchen fit-out.
