Preston Tower

Preston Tower (Tudor ‘Presence’ Tower) is a Grade ll* list building of architectural importance which dates from the second half of the 16th Century.

The works comprised:

• the external and internal repairs and alterations to the tower
• including associated underground drainage
• external works
• and mechanical and electrical installation

The project received a Commendation from the Civic Trust Awards.
