Rectory Park

The works in this contract comprised the repair and refurbishment of the historic house and The West Tudor Wing.

It included:

• the demolition of the main kitchen/dining extension
• removal of rear porch to staircase
• the refurbishment of the medieval wing to form kitchen and
• the removal of part of the second floor to form new master bedroom suite.

Also included in the contract was:

• the refurbishment of the medieval wing to form new ground floor kitchen and
• removal of part of the second floor to form new master bedroom suite.
• the demolition of the existing swimming pool complex and
• the construction of a new swimming pool and gymnasium building

Associated mechanical and electrical installations including a new Eco heating system and external works and drainage were also carried out, along with works to sundry outbuildings.

Total re-landscaping of the surrounding areas has now also been completed.

Rectory Park house and gardens is a Grade 2* listed building of architectural importance and the gardens are on the Natural Register of Historic Parks and Gardens
