The works to this contract included:

• the demolition of the existing toilet block,
• selected demolition of the existing building for link to new build and
• the construction a new two-storey teaching block with small hall.

Also included in the contract was:

• the construction of a pavilion,
• internal alterations and repairs to existing building and
• associated external works and drainage.
