The works in this project comprised the demolition of the existing school and the complete design, construction, completion and commissioning of all the work to form the following:

• A single form entry Primary School and reception Class
• A three-storey block of flats constructed over the School complete with services, comprising 6 x 3-bedroom units, 10 x 2-bedroom units and 8 x 1-bedroom units.
• Infrastructure works and connections to mains drainage
• Above and below ground drainage
• External works and associated external services
