• the re-roofing of the Nave and South Aisle Roof
• re-ordering of the internal spaces within the Tower
• internal reordering of the interior of St Nicholas’ Chapel
• new lighting and electrical heating installation
• and associated external works and underground drainage

St Nicholas’ Chapel is a Grade 1 listed building of architectural importance within a conservation area; the building fabric, furnishings and curtilage are of the highest historical value.
